Module in the inaugural program
The first module in TRIUMF's Supervisory Development Program, designed as an ADDIE-structured design sprint. I partnered with senior subject-matter experts to surface real leadership-communication gaps, then built and deployed the module across the organization and its university partners.
Design sprint — tap through each phase
Expert interviews with the HR Director and Ombudsperson using "How Might We" framing to surface leadership-communication gaps. Succession-planning data and competency analysis informed learner needs across all audience tiers.
Collaborative storyboard sessions with C-suite SMEs to map open-door behaviours to real scenarios. Sprint questions tested assumptions and flagged risks before any content was built.
Iterative Articulate 360 build with two SME review cycles. A prototype was shared early for rapid feedback — structure and tone refined before full development began.
Deployed via the LMS to leaders across the organization and its university partner institutions, alongside prospective leaders identified through succession planning.
Post-completion data and learner reflection reviewed. Findings fed back into the broader Supervisory Development Program to improve subsequent modules.
